According to
Marlo; According to the Gates Foundation, "Improving education means ensuring that every student has an effective teacher in every classroom every school year." I find of particular interest that Bill and Melinda Gates not only emphasize secondary education, but post-secondary as well for a 21st-century learner to be a successful contributor to society. This strategy stresses the need to be a continual learner. We must never stop learning as the world is ever changing.
